Rubine (pronounced Rubini) is a talented International Filipino American Artist. Rubine has been painting professionally for over 20 years. Rubine started painting as a hobby in school nearly 40 years ago. Primarily commissioned portraits in the beginning and then the last 12 years spent on larger Fine Art using canvas, oil and acrylics along with mixed media objects.
